i think i may be the right weight and everything but instead of muscle i have fat?
also i really want to exercise more and eat less sweets and chocolate i do have a balanced diet (part from sweets + chocolate) which i want to cut out but when i start exercising with runnin machine and abs traner etc i get board in one day and dont really do it again so what can keep me focused?
