Richard asks…Proven studies that say corn is bad for dogs?My parents have a senior golden retriever that eats Iams Healthy Naturals. Every week when my mother calls, she complains that the dog smells or is itchy, despite the fact that the dog does not have fleas. The dog was briefly on Wellness but went back to eating Iams because Wellness was too expensive. I've been trying to convince her to switch the dog back over to something better than the garbage he gets now- I've tried suggesting Blue Buffalo, Wellness, Natural Balance, Solid Gold, etc. But her response is always that the vet says Iams is better, and that she trusts what the vet has to say over my opinions- I suppose her
