David asks…Is 5 whole eggs after a workout good to build muscle mass?Is there too much fat?, cholesterol?
and I've heard 1 whole egg contains around 6g of protein, is this true?
I am 16 years old, I have a reasonably healthy balanced diet.
Thanks for any help!admin answers:Yes, eggs are an excellent source of natural protein. Fat doesn't make you fat -- excessive calories in addition to unstable insulin levels does that. So don't worry about the fat content. There is a lot of energy in eggs. Use it to your advantage.

Cholesterol is something to think about when your 40+. Not 16.

If your still concerned, do a 5 egg omelet with 1 whole egg, and 4 whites. You'll get the protein benefits
