Breakfast: 100G of cereal (uncle tobies plus or special K)and a coffee, white no sugar
Morning tea: 100G of any low fat chips (cause i go to school and stuff)
Lunch: Fruit salad OR a salad wrap
Afternoon Tea: a piece of fruit
dinner: a small portion of whatever is for dinner (mum cooks)
usually twice a week i also have some ice cream after dinner.. cause im only 16 and stuff :)
i am also vegetarian
holy sh!t.. calm the fu.ck down :
im not about to go taking rice to school,
lunch just has to be quick
