Thanks for any help!admin answers:Yes, eggs are an excellent source of natural protein. Fat doesn't make you fat -- excessive calories in addition to unstable insulin levels does that. So don't worry about the fat content. There is a lot of energy in eggs. Use it to your advantage.
Cholesterol is something to think about when your 40+. Not 16.
If your still concerned, do a 5 egg omelet with 1 whole egg, and 4 whites. You'll get the protein benefits
