AVVISO: GRAVI CARENZE DI SICRUEZZA IN 34 REATTORI NUCLEARI FRANCESI
La Rete "Sortir du nucléaire" lancia un campanello d'allarme e chiede all'ASN di svolgere il proprio ruolo e di imporre ad EDF la chiusura preventiva dei reattori in questione.
"Scoperta" una nuova ed inquietante "anomalia" di serie nei 34 reattori
La notizia è stata occultata con discrezione, riportata senza nessuna particolare rilevanza, nel sito web dell'Autorità della Sicurezza Nucleare (ASN):
«In seguito a recenti ricerche, EDF ha appena "scoperto" una inquietante "anomalia" di serie su 34 dei suoi reattori. In tutti i reattori di 900 MW, in caso di perdite consistenti dal circuito primario, il circuito di sicurezza di iniezione di acqua potrebbe rivelarsi incapace a prevenirne il crollo."
L'Autorità della Sicurezza Nucleare (ASN) così avverte: "In una situazione di incidente, per some imperfections in the primary root, the injection of high-pressure safety may be insufficient to cool the core of the reactor.

An accident caused by these "anomalies" would have catastrophic consequences. In a context where security concerns are increasing over recent years, this situation should be mandatory always taken into account. ii. L'acqua borata ha per funzione di moderare le reazioni nucleari nel cuore.
iii. Il primissimo reattore di 900 MW è stato collegato o alla rete elettrica nell'aprile 1977, alla centrale di Fessenheim (Alsazia). L'ultimo dei 34 reattori è stata collegato alla rete elettrica nel novembre 1987 alla centrale di Chinon (Indre-e-Loira).

v. Il principio di precauzione ha valore costituzionale dal momento dell'integrazione della Carta dell'ambiente naturale nella Costituzione nel 2005.
